We needed to create a different Chianti.
Made from Sangiovese grown on a clayey and calcareous soil exposed to south-east.
Entirely Sangiovese this wine is at its full expression, giving this Chianti a fruity nose, an incredibile freshness, a tannic flavour with great personality.
To be served with any dish, recommended with white or red meats.
Enjoyable even when young, this wine ages well.
